We collect only what is necessary to operate the app:

• Account information — your email address and name, collected when you sign in via Apple or Google.
• Usage data — your streak count, reset history, badge milestones, and calendar check-in records. This is the core data of the app.
• Notification preferences — your selected intensity mode and notification time windows.
• Purchase information — subscription status and transaction records, processed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store payment card details.
• Device information — basic device identifiers used to deliver push notifications.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To track your streak and display your history
• To deliver push notifications based on your preferences
• To verify your subscription status and unlock pro features
• To restore your purchases if you reinstall the app

IRONLOG uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app, all of your data — including your profile, streak history, reset records, and badges — is permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via your device settings

To exercise these rights, use the Delete Account option in the app's Settings screen, or contact us directly at the email below.

Children's Privacy

IRONLOG is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
